- For Cash/E-Payment, please approach Concierge at Four Seasons Hotel Macao during opening hours (09:00-21:00).

- For Credit Card, an authorization link will be sent to registered email account within 48 hours after completion of registration.
如使用信用卡支付，信用卡授權連結會在提交報名表後48小時內會發送到電子郵箱內。
- For Direct Deposit to Bank Account, please capture completed transaction screenshot. A specialist will contact you later for confirmation.

If on the day of the Event (Sunday, November 2, 2025) at 3:00 a.m., Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or any other force majeure condition is still in effect, the Event may be cancelled.

For this charity event, all registration fees will be fully donated to support related charitable causes and are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to weather conditions; we appreciate your kind support and understanding.

Participants must ensure that they are physically fit and suitable to participate in the Event, and confirm and agree to take part entirely at their own risk. Should any participant suffer injury during the Event, he/she shall be solely responsible for all liabilities, damages, costs, and losses incurred.

Any personal belongings brought to the Event are the sole responsibility of the participant.
The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the Event. -
Four Seasons Hotel Macao reserves the right to use any photos, videos, audio recordings, or other media collected during the Event that include the image or voice of the participant (or his/her team or support members), in any promotional or fundraising materials (including but not limited to its website), without prior notice, approval, or compensation.
